We will value the following co-promotion possibilities

1. Joint venture for the whole project (50% of the land), whatever of its 11 action units or any of its development phases

2. Selling of 50% of the land or any of its acton units or development phases.

3. Joint venture or selling the project (key in hand), totally or partially.

We will study whichever other option from solvent groups.
